All employees will receive on-going training in health, safety, and environmentally responsible procedures, and be kept up to date on health and safety targets.
Regular evaluations of compliance will be made by the warehouse manager and office manager. Short comings or gaps in HSE functions will be addressed in a timely manner, and steps taken for improvement after approval by upper management or owner(s).
The management team will provide financial and organizational resources needed to carry out this policy.
